Our project combines emotional intervention, physical activity, and close personal support; therefore, we seek individuals who are empathetic, responsible, and genuinely committed. The camp is located in Corró d’Amunt, and private transportation is required to reach it. \*\* Candidate Profiles Sought * Mandatory: Leisure monitor (lleure) qualification * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Desirable: * Experience working with young people experiencing emotional distress * Training or experience in fields such as social integration, social education, or social work * Skills in active listening, emotional containment, and teamwork ?? Main Responsibilities * Daily accompaniment and supervision of young people * Supporting the therapeutic team in implementing activities and routines * Creating a safe, structured, and trusting environment * Identifying emotional or behavioral needs and communicating them to the team * Participating in group dynamics and activities (sports, educational, etc.) * Providing support during key daily moments (meals, free time, organization) ? Working Hours and Conditions ?? Weekday Night Monitor Monday to Thursday: 20:00 – 08:00 ?? Weekend Day Monitor Friday to Sunday: 08:00 \- 18:00 ??
