Our project combines emotional intervention, physical activity, and close personal support; therefore, we seek individuals who are empathetic, responsible, and genuinely committed. Main Responsibilities * Daily accompaniment and supervision of young people * Supporting the therapeutic team in implementing activities and routines * Creating a safe, structured, and trusting environment * Identifying emotional or behavioral needs and communicating them to the team * Participating in group dynamics and activities (sports, educational, etc.) * Providing support during key daily moments (meals, free time, organization) ?
