We are seeking a person to support daily operations at a humanitarian reception facility in Malgrat de Mar. The main responsibility is to foster harmonious daily coexistence by providing respectful and well-organized support to service users throughout their social integration process. Typical duties include responding to urgent needs, supervising compliance with cohabitation rules, preventing and managing conflicts, and organizing leisure and free-time activities that promote well-being. All tasks are carried out in coordination with the team and grounded in a human rights-based approach. This is a substitute contract with immediate incorporation and a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:30 (35 hours during summer). The salary complies with the State Collective Agreement for Social Action, within Professional Group 3\. Twenty-three working days of annual leave are provided, plus additional non-working days stipulated by the collective agreement, all prorated according to the start date.
