Currently, the Air Freight Department requires the incorporation of a specialist technician for the preparation, execution, and monitoring of logistics projects involving vehicles and dangerous goods by air and sea. Functions and tasks + Comprehensive management of air and maritime projects. + Preparation of operational documentation: M/HAWB, DGD, etc. + Preparation of customs documents: ATA Carnets, proforma invoices, Certificates of Origin, Guarantees, etc. + Search, selection, and analysis of supplier offers + Preparation, execution, and closure of budgets + Risk mitigation and incident resolution: definition of multiple scenarios + Creation of internal and client-facing presentations Requirements + IATA Agent qualification (valued) + Minimum 2 years of experience in air and/or maritime logistics operations. + Experience in customs procedures + Experience dealing with airlines and purchasing cargo space + Excellent command of English (other languages valued) Other requirements + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Valid driver's license Skills + Responsibility + Methodology + Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environments + Ability to respond to change and quickly develop feasible operational scenarios + Decision-making ability and capacity to define priorities + Creativity + Ability to work under pressure + Proactivity We offer + Indefinite full-time contract + Work modality: On-site + Real opportunity for promotion + Opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and proactive team working on internationally established projects.
