Description
The position involves central planning and coordination of the maintenance team, composed of three technicians. Responsibilities include comprehensive organization and tracking of work orders, covering both scheduled preventive maintenance and necessary corrective interventions. Daily joint follow-up with the technical team is required for all reported incidents, prioritizing critical actions that may impact production, with the primary objective of minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring operational continuity. Maintenance task deadlines must also be monitored and enforced. Management further includes direct communication and coordination with external companies and specialized suppliers when required services exceed internal capabilities, ensuring interventions are carried out efficiently and in accordance with standards. Another key function is controlling and managing stock levels of spare parts, replacement components, and essential maintenance materials, as well as directly managing purchase orders with area suppliers to guarantee resource availability. Periodic updates and tracking of material and equipment inventories are conducted. Strict control over all associated technical documentation and historical machinery maintenance records is essential, maintaining an accurate and accessible archive. Active collaboration is expected in continuous improvement initiatives for departmental processes and in optimizing available resources. Finally, strict compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations must be ensured in every intervention performed by the team.
This position offers job stability through direct and permanent employment by the company, with integration into a solid, long-term project. Working hours follow an intensive schedule, either from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 8:00 to 16:00, to be confirmed. A regulated qualification in Administration, Planning, or a related field is required. Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, spare parts management, and stock control is mandatory. Prior experience in sectors such as leather tanning, paper manufacturing, or similar industrial environments within a maintenance department is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and demonstrates proven ability to work effectively in a team.
