We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment within a food industry company located in Calasparra, Murcia. The primary mission is to ensure optimal machinery operation to guarantee continuity of production processes. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities, diagnosing and resolving technical failures to minimize downtime, and leading the maintenance team by assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment. Collaboration with other departments is required to plan maintenance work according to production needs; predictive maintenance programs are implemented to extend equipment service life; and spare parts inventory is managed. Additionally, coordination with external suppliers is carried out for specialized services, and proposals for operational efficiency improvements are developed. Candidates must possess technical training in mechanics or electronics, or equivalent experience, as well as solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and solve problems efficiently is essential.
