Maintenance Manager

Description

Job Responsibilities: * Personnel Management: motivate, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance team, fostering their development from a continuous improvement perspective, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality\-hygiene, and environmental standards, as well as personnel administration rules. * Analysis and diagnosis of equipment assets, and development / monitoring of indicators. * Planning of corrective, preventive, and statutory maintenance, and improvement initiatives with a TPM vision. * Management of the maintenance budget. * Management of spare parts stock to ensure production continuity. * Document management: create and maintain up-to-date technical and legal documentation: corrective maintenance manuals, preventive maintenance manuals, etc. * Conception, management, and monitoring of new investment projects. * Participation in the preparation of short- and medium-term budgets. * Proposal and monitoring of facility and energy consumption improvement plans (water, electricity, and heat), environmental plans (wastewater treatment plant), and facility protection plans (security and fire protection). * Cybersecurity Management: implementation and monitoring of Group cybersecurity protocols.
