Maintenance and Operations Coordinator

We are a growing company specializing in room rentals and the self-storage sector (rental of storage units), with several operational centers across the province of Málaga. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and management-capable individual to coordinate our maintenance team and ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for coordinating the daily work of maintenance technicians, tracking incidents, and ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently. Main responsibilities * Coordination and monitoring of the maintenance technicians' team. * Planning and supervision of daily tasks. * Management and resolution of incidents at our facilities. * Identification of technical and operational solutions for any issues that may arise. * Communication with suppliers, partner companies, and installers. * Requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers. * Managing orders for materials and spare parts. * Controlling and managing the stock of tools and materials. * Administrative management related to the department: invoices, delivery notes, and documentation. * Tracking the status of repairs and preventive maintenance. Profile we seek * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Solution-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, email, etc.). * Technical knowledge in maintenance, construction, electricity, plumbing, or similar fields will be valued. Especially valued * Prior experience coordinating maintenance teams. * Experience in supplier and procurement management. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Experience in service companies, real estate firms, maintenance providers, or asset management.
