YOUTH ANIMATION SERVICE – FIGUERES Do you enjoy working with young people? Do you have ideas, initiative, and the drive to turn them into activities that truly motivate them? At Diversport, we are seeking a youth animator to join a stable project in Figueres, designed to create spaces for meeting, participation, and new experiences for young people. We are not only looking for someone who animates activities—we are looking for someone who makes things happen! Animating activities and proposals aimed at young people Creating workshops, activities, and attractive initiatives Identifying their interests and transforming them into new proposals Promoting youth participation and protagonism Accompanying and building bonds with young people Creating spaces of trust, coexistence, and participation Coordinating and monitoring the service Collaborating with the team and local stakeholders * 6-month experience required. WE REQUIRE: - Leisure Monitor qualification and training related to socio-cultural animation, such as: Higher Degree in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation Or equivalent qualification * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time afternoon schedule (12 hours per week) * Other relevant information: According to the current collective agreement. WHEN DO WE START? September 14 – Stable service with continuity throughout the year. SCHEDULE: - Direct attention: Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Service coordination: Monday morning, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Total weekly hours: 12 hours/week (10 hours of direct attention + 2 hours of coordination)
