We seek a person to join as a speech-language therapist to ensure improvement in speech, language, and communication among service recipients, adopting a holistic approach that integrates families and various support services, aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** Assess users (anamnesis, tests, and standardized scales) and formulate diagnoses in the areas of speech, language, and communication. Design, implement, and evaluate individualized speech-language intervention programs for each user. Prepare clinical reports and conduct periodic follow-up of intervention processes. Accompany, guide, and mediate between users, their families, and key stakeholders in participation settings (case management). Coordinate with internal and external teams and participate in committees, training activities, and research. Supervise trainee students and maintain service records and documentation. **Requirements:** Diploma, bachelor's degree, or master's degree in Speech-Language Therapy. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, and Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Valid registration with the College of Speech-Language Therapists. Weekly workload of 17 hours, primarily in afternoon shifts; Fridays may be scheduled in morning shifts. Salary: €15,117.31 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.
