We are currently looking to hire a Logistics Services Technician for our Logistics Services division who wishes to join this initiative. **Your Mission** Manage and optimize transportation and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels for customers through efficient coordination of carriers and logistics resources—contributing to the growth and profitability of transportation as a strategic business line. **Your Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily national transportation and distribution operations. * Manage operational relationships with transport companies, agencies, and external collaborators. * Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivery deadlines, and commitments made to customers. * Design and optimize transportation routes, loads, and resources to maximize operational and economic efficiency. * Monitor and control transportation incidents, ensuring agile resolution and effective communication with customers and suppliers. * Negotiate rates and terms with transportation providers to continuously improve costs and margins. * Analyze management indicators (cost per shipment, vehicle utilization, on-time performance, incidents, service quality, etc.) and propose improvement actions. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses for transportation activities. * Coordinate integration of transportation services with warehouse and handling operations to deliver comprehensive logistics solutions. * Identify opportunities for growth and development of new transportation services for existing and potential customers. * Participate in implementing procedures, tools, and control systems to professionalize and scale transportation operations. * Collaborate with commercial and operations teams in developing logistics proposals and projects for new customers. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding transportation, safety, and occupational risk prevention. **What We Offer** * Disability Contract 430: one-year renewable contract, potentially leading to an indefinite-term contract, with a one-month probationary period. * Full-time position.
