Logistics Internship — ROMY YACHT **Full\-Time \| Monday to Friday \| Start ASAP \| On\-site** ROMY YACHT is looking for a **highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Logistics Intern** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in **logistics, international shipping, and operations** within a fast\-paced and international environment. Key Responsibilities **Logistics \& International Shipments** * Organize and monitor shipments and package deliveries across Europe and internationally * Coordinate with carriers, couriers, suppliers, and logistics providers * Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues * Prepare and manage documentation required for international shipments * Communicate with customs authorities, customs brokers, and logistics partners regarding import and export procedures * Coordinate the reception and dispatch of packages * Maintain accurate records and follow up on ongoing shipments **Suppliers \& Administration** * Communicate with suppliers, partners, and service providers * Support the team with general day\-to\-day administrative tasks * Assist with logistics\-related documentation and organization * Manage multiple ongoing tasks and priorities efficiently Required Profile * **Valid driving licence — mandatory** * **Fluent in Spanish and English — mandatory** * Highly organized and meticulous, with excellent attention to detail * Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Word** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proactive, responsible, reliable, and solution\-oriented * Able to work independently and manage several priorities simultaneously * Comfortable communicating with suppliers, service providers, and international partners * Previous experience in **administration, invoicing, or logistics** is highly valued * Experience in the **yachting industry** is a plus, but not essential Position Details **Position:** Logistics Internship **Schedule:** Full\-time, Monday to Friday **Start date:** ASAP **Work arrangement:** On\-site Interested in joining ROMY YACHT?
