FULL-TIME AND INTENSIVE SCHEDULE MON\-FRI, PERMANENT CONTRACT. POSSIBLE ASSIGNMENT TO OTHER CENTERS.** Reporting directly to the Technical Manager of the Legal Area: * Design individualized legal strategies for each case (analysis and drafting of legal submissions, analysis of evidentiary documentation, assessment of the need for supporting expert reports, assessment of the appropriateness of appeals in case of rejections). * Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure a cross-cutting approach in all interventions and guarantee comprehensive action in assistance matters. * Understand and actively engage, together with the rest of the technical team, in cross-cutting issues related to the Center’s operations, such as implementation of the Internal Regulations and operational protocols. * Establish communication channels with public administrations and other public and private entities. * Participate in external training and/or informational events related to legal topics (Human Rights, Asylum, Current Legislation, etc.). * Provide technical and training-oriented guidance to beneficiaries and the technical team. * Carry out all necessary documentary management to ensure proper case follow-up (production, collection, and submission to public administrations or other bodies). **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. * Active membership in a Bar Association. * Training and/or experience working with migrant populations. * Experience drafting legal documents. * Experience initiating, monitoring, and closing foreign nationals’ administrative files (completing and submitting forms, responding to official requests). * Training and/or experience providing direct individual and group assistance to groups facing particular vulnerability. * Experience working within interdisciplinary teams. * Valid driver’s license.
