**Who are we?** At Cink Venturing, we have been promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Spain and Europe for over 15 years, designing entrepreneurship and business development programs for public administrations, corporations, and ecosystem stakeholders. **What is the position about?** We are seeking a technically skilled professional with experience in Commercial Law to advise entrepreneurs and early-stage or consolidating business projects on legal forms, company incorporation, taxation, financing, and corporate structure. This is a highly autonomous role linked to the startup ecosystem. **Main responsibilities** * Comprehensive advisory support for entrepreneurial projects (legal forms, taxation, financing, contracting, corporate structure). * Preparation of feasibility plans and reports. * Personalized mentoring for entrepreneurs. * Informational and training sessions. * Coordination with internal teams on public and private programs. **Requirements** * University degree (Law, Business Administration, or related field). * Proven experience in Commercial Law applied to company formation and structuring. * Minimum 3 years of experience advising companies or entrepreneurs. * Knowledge of taxation, financing, and business management. * Autonomy and customer orientation. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with the CIRCE platform. * Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and agile/Lean methodologies. * Professional English proficiency. **We offer** * Permanent contract, full-time. * On-site work in Madrid. * Salary commensurate with experience and profile. * Established team, impactful projects. *At CINK, we strongly commit to diversity, equality, and inclusion as fundamental principles that add value to our organizational culture.
