Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Lead Engineer Cloud AWS / SRE** **Key Responsibilities:** * Define the technical vision and lead the SRE strategy, aligning it with business and cloud objectives. * Design and optimize AWS infrastructure, improving reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. * Lead high-severity incident management, coordinating response and communications with stakeholders (SNOW, JIRA). * Drive continuous platform improvement (resilience, performance, cost) and operational process automation. * Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to ensure compliance with standards in the Landing Zone. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud environments and technical leadership roles (SRE/Cloud). * Proficiency in AWS: Landing Zone (LZ), Direct Connect, AWS Organizations, SCPs. * Solid experience with EKS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience managing critical incidents and tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA. * Experience leading technical teams in SRE environments. * Minimum English level B2 (C1 recommended). * Availability for on-call duty: one full week per month. * Availability for interventions: 4–8 hours/month (in one or two monthly actions). **Desirable:** * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or others). * Experience in automation (Infrastructure as Code) and observability. * Participation in cost-optimization initiatives (FinOps). **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible working model and remote work options * Personalized career plan and continuous training * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-RD1
