Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the laboratory *For our technical team, we aim to hire a* ***Laboratory Sample Technician****.* ***Job Mission*** *The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and conditioning fragrance samples for customers and internal projects.* *The primary objective is to ensure that each sample is prepared in accordance with commercial and technical requirements, while maintaining presentation, traceability, and compliance with internal quality, safety, storage, and labeling procedures.* ***Main Responsibilities*** * *Prepare fragrance samples according to internal requests, commercial quotations, or work orders.* * *Package, label, and condition samples for customers and internal projects.* * *Verify code, batch number, quantity, format, and requirements of each sample prior to dispatch.* * *Prepare packaging for domestic and international shipments, ensuring correct identification of consignments.* * *Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the sample area.* * *Comply with internal safety, handling, storage, and labeling regulations.* * *Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Chemistry, Laboratory, Analysis and Control, or equivalent qualification.* * *Prior experience in sample preparation, laboratory work, shipping, or sectors such as fragrances, flavors, cosmetics, or fine chemicals will be valued.* * *Organized, precise, and highly detail-oriented individual.* * *Ability to work according to priorities and meet deadlines.* * *Strong teamwork attitude and orientation toward internal service.* * *Basic knowledge of computer tools and internal management systems.* * *Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.*
