Professional stability and career growth within the firm. **Labor Technician – GRUPO AGS NOVA** GRUPO AGS NOVA continues to grow and is looking to hire a Labor Technician eager to develop their career in a dynamic, professional, and constantly evolving environment. We seek a committed, solution-oriented, and client-focused individual with experience in labor advisory services and the ability to independently manage a portfolio of clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** You will join the labor department, assuming key responsibilities such as: * Comprehensive payroll, severance, and social security management (RED System). * Processing registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security (RED Direct / SILTRA). * Drafting and monitoring employment contracts, extensions, and expirations. * Managing temporary disability (IT) and workplace accidents via DELTA. * Providing labor advisory services to clients (collective bargaining agreements, dismissals, ERTEs, etc.). * Filing tax forms 111 and 190\. * Managing self-employed workers (registrations, cancellations, modifications, and benefits). **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in labor advisory or professional practice. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Advanced proficiency in A3NOM. * Essential English language skills; German language knowledge is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. **What do we offer?** * Joining an established and growing professional team. * A dynamic work environment focused on continuous development. * A diverse client portfolio enabling you to broaden your experience. * Professional stability and career growth within the firm.
