What will you do as a Kitchen Assistant? Prepare and assemble dishes following technical specifications. Perform pre-preparations, cutting, mise en place, and restocking. Keep your station clean and organized throughout your shift. Ensure compliance with HACCP, FIFO, and SLA (service time standards). Support the kitchen during peak periods (and there are plenty!). Work side-by-side with a united, high-energy team. ### **Requirements** Full availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Ability to work within the establishment’s operating hours: 04:00–23:00. Own vehicle or reliable transportation to the airport (recommended due to shift timing). Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and energetic mindset. Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Cooking preferred. Commitment to hygiene, order, and teamwork. ### **We Offer** 40-hour weekly contract. 6-month contract. Intensive working schedule. Two consecutive days off on a rotating basis.
