Development and management of energy performance certificates At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we are seeking a Technical Real Estate Asset Manager to join our Management Division, based at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Technical management of diverse real estate assets, including preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conducting environmental inspections on construction projects. * Performing technical due diligence for both acquisition and disposal of assets. * Developing and managing energy performance certificates. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Advanced level of English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
