**Description:** ---------------- Urbegi Facility is seeking a Junior Microcomputing and Networks Technician to provide basic support to internal users, configure equipment, resolve first-level incidents, assist with networks, and provide technical support for administrative and Human Resources tools. Relevant training in computing, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn are required. Responsibilities: Microcomputing support for users: computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and other equipment. Installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of computer equipment. Resolution of first-level incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and corporate tools. Support in user management, passwords, access rights, and permissions. Basic network support: internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, cabling, switches, and initial diagnostics. Preparation of equipment for new hires. Technical support to HR for internal tools, time-tracking systems, digital documentation, and management platforms. Incident logging and tracking. Coordination with external vendors or second-level technical teams as needed. Occasional travel between work sites. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Active Directory or basic user management. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity. Ability to document incidents and procedures. Willingness to travel occasionally. Prior experience in technical support, internships, or similar roles. A valid Class B driving license is desirable. Offered: Indefinite part-time contract (20/25 hours per week).
