You will be responsible for ensuring the capture, quality, and efficient utilization of real estate data, guaranteeing that information used by business, analytics, and reporting teams is accurate, consistent, and scalable. Additionally, you will actively contribute to improving and automating data processes—reducing manual tasks and supporting the evolution of the data ecosystem through queries, validations, and dashboards.**Job Description** **Data Management and Quality** * Collect information from internal and external sources (real estate portals, public records, technical reports, internal systems). * Update and maintain databases on assets, prices, returns, occupancy, and other market KPIs. * Execute data quality controls (consistency, duplicates, formats, temporal coherence). * Prepare and structure datasets for analysis, studies, and specific projects. Data Automation and Utilization * Identify repetitive data entry tasks and propose improvements or automations to optimize processes. * Create and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and cross-referencing across multiple sources. * Support basic data modeling for reporting and analysis. * Collaborate on creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards—both operational and KPI-tracking dashboards. * Support data reconciliations between systems and sources (source vs. reporting). **Documentation and Collaboration** * Document data capture, validation, automation, and data flow processes. * Collaborate closely with analysts, consultants, and business teams to ensure correct use and interpretation of data. * Participate in continuous improvement and standardization initiatives for data processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in data management, data entry, reporting, or similar roles. * Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation; Power Query is a plus). * Analytical mindset, data quality orientation, and attention to detail. * Minimum English level: B2\.
