From Noray Inmobiliaria Roca, we are seeking a **Site Manager** for a company dedicated to the construction and real estate development sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, budget constraints, and current regulations. Additionally, they will lead the site team and manage resources, subcontractors, and risks, guaranteeing proper project delivery. **What will you do on a daily basis?** **1\. Comprehensive execution and coordination of the construction project** \- You will plan and organize site activities according to the established schedule. \- You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure correct project execution. \- You will supervise productivity and available resources. \- You will validate logistical aspects and material procurement. **2\. Compliance with deadlines, cost, and quality** \- You will validate quality controls, tests, and materials. \- You will ensure execution in accordance with the project specifications, technical documents, and applicable regulations. \- You will implement corrective actions to recover deviations in schedule, cost, or productivity. **3\. Client and Technical Management (Director Facultativo) liaison** \- You will attend and lead site meetings with the Technical Management (Director Facultativo), clients, and other stakeholders. \- You will ensure and maintain technical and documentary communication with all project participants. \- You will manage approvals and defend certifications and progress reports. **4\. Risk and safety management** \- You will ensure implementation, monitoring, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental plans on site. \- You will identify risks, coordinate preventive measures, and guarantee a safe working environment. \- You will manage work permits and record relevant incidents. \- You will record any possible incidents that may arise. **5\. Contractual and subcontracting management** \- You will review contracts and scopes of work, ensuring agreed conditions and timelines. \- You will negotiate prices and variations. \- You will monitor subcontractor compliance, penalties, and guarantees. **6\. Documentation and reporting management** \- You will control financial documentation, including certifications, invoices, and budget tracking. \- You will prepare progress reports, KPIs, forecasts, and monthly management reports. \- You will manage the final project dossier, including drawings, minutes, and technical documentation. \- You will be responsible for keeping the order book and meeting minutes up to date. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. Minimum **5 years of experience** performing similar duties. Valid driver’s license. **What does the company offer?** Permanent contract Full-time position Salary range: €40,000–€55,000 gross/year (plus allowances and mileage reimbursement) The position will initially be based in **Dénia**. Upon completion of the project, relocation to **Madrid** may be considered for participation in new projects.
