Main Responsibilities * Comprehensive management of hydraulic construction works from inception through to handover. * Technical and economic planning of projects. * Coordination of production teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors. * Cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Monitoring of project schedules and adherence to contractual milestones. * Procurement management and supplier contracting. * Liaison with the Technical Management, Public Administrations, and clients. * Supervision of work execution quality. * Compliance monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Preparation of technical and economic progress reports. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager. * Demonstrable experience in hydraulic construction projects: + Water supply networks. + Sewerage networks. + Irrigation systems. + Pumping stations. + Hydraulic infrastructure. + Channeling and drainage works. * Knowledge of economic control and construction planning. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
