Requirements * Intermediate Vocational Training (FP) in **Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR)**, a related higher-level qualification, or equivalent; **or demonstrable experience in similar roles**. * Eagerness to learn, responsibility, problem-solving ability, and strong customer service skills. * While experience is valued, attitude and interest in technology are equally important.
