




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician to manage, install, and resolve hardware and software incidents, while providing support to other technicians and end users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware and software management, installation, and incident resolution. 2. Telephone support for technicians and user account management. 3. Fieldwork involving travel to various client offices. We are looking for an IT technician with ITIL certification to join a Barcelona-based company specializing in ICT solutions and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, installing, and resolving hardware and software incidents both on-site and remotely. Responsibilities include telephone support for other technicians, equipment setup, videoconferencing support, and user account management. Work is conducted on the road, traveling to multiple client offices across Barcelona. **Offered Conditions:** Salary commensurate with experience; long-term replacement contract with potential permanent employment; working hours from 8:00 to 18:00 (including two hours for lunch); company car provided for travel. **Academic Qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Information Technology or Telecommunications Mandatory * Valid driver's license. * ITIL CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY (document will be requested) Desirable Skills * Ticketing tools * SCCM knowledge * Microsoft MCP certification * Active Directory
