**Brief Description** We are seeking a creative and technically strong Interior Designer to join our studio. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in interior design projects, demonstrating a high-quality portfolio in photorealistic rendering. Proficiency in Lumion or D5Render is essential, along with fluency in 2D/3D design software (such as AutoCAD and SketchUp). A level of English that allows communication with international clients is required, as well as a personal vehicle for site visits and supplier meetings. **Responsibilities** The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive development of interior design projects, with special emphasis on 3D visualization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conceptualization and design of residential and/or commercial spaces. * 3D modeling (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) and creation of high-quality photorealistic renders using **Lumion** or **D5Render**. * Preparation of technical project documentation (floor plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD. * Creation of *moodboards* and visual presentations for clients (Adobe Creative Suite). * Selection of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes. * Communication with clients and suppliers (occasionally in English). * Site visits for monitoring and measurements (requires travel with own vehicle). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer. * **Software (Rendering):** Advanced proficiency in **Lumion** or **D5Render** is essential. A test will be conducted. * **Software (Design):** Proficiency in AutoCAD (for technical drawings), SketchUp (or other 3D modeling software), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). * **Languages:** Fluent **English** (minimum B2), capable of holding professional conversations. * **Transportation:** **Own vehicle** and valid class B driver's license. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, proactivity, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills. * **Portfolio:** A current portfolio demonstrating render quality is mandatory.
