You will work in a modern plant, with automated processes and a total focus on quality and innovation. ✅ As part of the production team, your main responsibilities will be: * Monitoring and controlling the operation of injection and/or extrusion machines. * Configuration and parameter adjustments according to production orders. * Resolution of basic on-site machine incidents. * Rigorous quality control of products to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards. ✅ What do we offer? * Excellent salary: €15.47 gross/hour — one of the best remunerations in the sector within the region. * Fixed shift (choice): You decide based on your availability: * Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00. * Night shift: 22:00–06:00 (with applicable night-shift premium). * Flexibility: Monday to Friday (weekends off). * Continuity: Initial temporary contract with real prospects of permanent integration into a rapidly growing company. Requirements * Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) * Mandatory: Education — Must hold a CFGM or CFGS qualification (Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Chemistry, or related fields). Experience: Prior experience in industrial production environments — especially with injection or extrusion machinery — will be positively considered. Attitude: We seek a methodical individual with technical capability and a desire for professional stability. Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
