At Arteche, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer — a vacancy in which the selected candidate will play a key role in transforming and improving our production plant, optimizing processes, productivity, quality, and efficiency, while also serving as the technical reference for the automatic electronic product test line. In this regard, the candidate will participate in the maintenance, diagnosis, and improvement of applications developed in LabVIEW and associated automation systems. Our purpose is to ensure universal access to clean, efficient, and high-quality energy. **Do you share our energy?** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Process Industrialization and Improvement**: + Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes. + Analyze process and test data to improve line reliability and efficiency. + Participate in modifications and improvements of automation systems. + Monitor production KPIs and performance results. + Participate in defining and implementing new test benches. * **Support Engineering and Test System Improvement**: + Provide technical support for automatic electronic equipment testing and validation lines. + Diagnose incidents in automatic test systems. + Perform modifications to LabVIEW-developed applications for maintenance purposes and implement line improvements. + Coordinate functional improvements with external suppliers when necessary. * **Automation and Industrial Technologies**: + Interact with industrial communication systems, sensors, actuators, and data acquisition devices. + Basic knowledge of PLC programming and diagnostics. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Automatic Control. Specific training in Lean Manufacturing or Process Industrialization is desirable. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in industrial environments involving electronic equipment, industrial manufacturing processes, and process industrialization. * **Skills and Knowledge:** + Required: - Knowledge and experience with LabVIEW. - Experience working with electronic equipment (communication, access, and firmware updates). - Data analysis capability. - Ability to interpret and analyze production KPIs. - Identification and resolution of process problems and risks. - Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and industrializing production processes. + Desirable: - Integration of electrical and pneumatic systems. - Knowledge and experience with industrial PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and SQL databases. - Network configuration. - Experience leading continuous improvement projects. - Proficiency with MES systems. - Knowledge of electronic measurement equipment. - Instrumentation and data acquisition. - Experience in Lean Manufacturing. - Familiarity with quality and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). * Tools: + SolidWorks. + Advanced Excel. VBA programming knowledge is desirable. + Basic SAP. * **Languages:** English B2\.
