Job Description In our company, dedicated to the manufacturing of chemical products, we are seeking to hire an **Industrial Cleaning and Basic Maintenance Operator** to ensure the proper cleanliness, order, and preservation of our facilities. We seek a responsible, organized, proactive individual capable of working autonomously and contributing to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Main Responsibilities * Daily cleaning and general maintenance of four industrial warehouses. * Cleaning of floors, corridors, production areas, warehouses, and loading/unloading zones. * Cleaning of offices, restrooms, changing rooms, and common areas. * Exterior cleaning of machinery, equipment, tanks, shelving units, pallets, and IBCs. * Waste removal and management, ensuring all work areas remain in optimal cleaning condition. * Restocking and inventory control of cleaning supplies, paper, soap, and other consumables. * Performing periodic cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, structures, shelving units, and equipment. * Maintaining order throughout the facilities by properly organizing tools, materials, pallets, containers, and IBCs. * Reporting any leaks, malfunctions, defects, or incidents that may affect cleanliness or safety. Additional Responsibilities * Performing minor basic maintenance tasks (lubrication, machinery cleaning, light bulb replacement, simple adjustments, or replacement of small parts). * Assisting with basic painting, assembly, plumbing, and minor repairs not requiring specialized personnel. * Coordinating with external companies when specific repairs or maintenance are required. * Tracking incidents until resolution. * Purchasing and collecting cleaning supplies, tools, spare parts, and other necessary materials for the company. * Occasional travel to suppliers, hardware stores, or workshops. * Managing cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance consumables. Requirements * Prior experience in industrial cleaning, factories, warehouses, or similar facilities. * Valid driver's license Class B. * Ability to perform physical labor and use cleaning products and equipment. * Basic knowledge of maintenance and tool handling. * Responsible, organized, autonomous, and proactive individual. * Ability to identify issues and report or manage their resolution. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industrial or production environments. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety prevention. * Experience performing minor maintenance tasks.
