Country Spain Province Madrid \- Madrid Application Deadline 04/09/2026 Category Direct Care **Information about the NGO** Antares **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** % response rate: 58.90% **info** **Objective** ------------ **Inclusive Leisure Technician** The main function is coordinating leisure activity groups for people with intellectual disabilities: **weekend leisure activities and coordination of overnight camps**, ensuring proper implementation of projects/interventions and compliance with the rights of beneficiaries. **Main responsibilities of the position:** * Coordination of overnight camps: planning and preparation of activities, management of participant information, contact with camp suppliers, and leadership of the camp monitor team, supervising that everything proceeds according to plan. * Develop the monthly leisure activity, stay, and camp program, ensuring variety, appropriateness, and accessibility. * Supervise, support, and guide on-site the work carried out by caregivers/monitors, volunteers, and trainee students during activities, facilitating their performance. * Supervise, monitor, and assess on-site the needs and demands of participants during activities. * Report incidents occurring during activities according to established protocols. * Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of departmental projects, providing relevant information on activities, outcomes, and incidents. * Basic economic management of activities, including fee calculation, expense control, and collaboration in budget and advance tracking, in accordance with Antares Association protocols. **Conditions:** * Contract for 24 hours per week, scheduled according to the annual activity roster (leisure weekends and stays). * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities. Senior Technician Level 1\. * Working hours: Full-day Friday for coordination tasks and training attendance. Saturday and Sunday afternoons. One overnight camp weekend per month (including holiday bridges). Easter Week for an overnight camp (9 days). First half of August 2027 for an overnight camp\. **Profile:** **Requirements:** * A mandatory qualification is: Higher Technician in Social Integration or Higher Technician in Education and Socio-sports Animation. * A Coordinator of Leisure and Free Time qualification is desirable. **Valued competencies:** * Experience coordinating overnight camps and leading teams. * Demonstrable experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities. * Demonstrable experience managing leisure and free-time activities for people with intellectual disabilities. * Experience intervening with people with intellectual disabilities who have high support needs and behavioral disorders. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork, Positive leadership **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 17/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
