We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the housekeeping and cleaning department at a new tourist apartment complex in Peñíscola (Castellón). The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising the cleaning staff, planning and overseeing the preparation of apartments and common areas. They must also monitor room conditions to ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. Additionally, they will handle reporting and follow-up on maintenance issues, ensuring adherence to hygiene, order, and quality protocols at all times. Previous experience as a team leader for cleaning staff in hotels, tourist apartments, or similar establishments is required. Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills are essential, along with attention to detail and service orientation. Communication skills, incident resolution ability, and the capacity to work independently and responsibly are also valued. A permanent contract with full-time hours and primarily morning shifts is offered.
