Development of knowledge in mechanics or electromechanics We are looking to hire a professional for the maintenance team in Valladolid, whose primary mission will be to ensure the operational readiness and good condition of industrial machinery. Responsibilities will include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, with special emphasis on the prompt identification and resolution of failures to minimize downtime as much as possible. The selected candidate is expected to demonstrate initiative and possess solid knowledge in mechanics or electromechanics. This position requires handling various manual and electric tools, as well as the ability to interpret technical schematics. While additional knowledge in electricity and pneumatic systems will be valued, the most essential requirement is a positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies and processes. A basic academic education is required; however, practical experience and a mindset focused on incident resolution will be prioritized. This position represents an opportunity for professional growth within the industrial maintenance sector. A competitive salary, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications, will be offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Initial employment will be through a temporary employment agency, with the prospect of direct and permanent employment with the company.
