Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome together—through **collaboration** and the **talent** of our people—writing another success story as one team. **What are we looking for?** We seek a Senior Developer to maintain and evolve applications, integrating corporate systems, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Maintaining and developing evolutionary versions of end\-to\-end web applications. * Integrating corporate systems (SAP, CRMs, data platforms, external APIs). * Participating in microservices architectures. * Implementing AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation. * Defining APIs and contracts between systems. * Ensuring quality, testing, and observability. * Gathering business requirements with support from the Transformation Lead team. * Documenting architecture and technical decisions (ADR). **We are looking for someone who:** * Understands systems and interdependencies across platforms. * Thinks in terms of architecture—not just code. * Can lead technically without requiring formal hierarchy. * Questions existing solutions and proposes improvements. **Technical Requirements** **Backend** * PHP (Laravel) or equivalent frameworks. * FastAPI and **Python** or equivalent frameworks. * REST API design and decoupled architectures. * Integration with corporate systems. **Frontend** * Modern JavaScript and **TypeScript**. * Experience with **Next.js, React, Vue or equivalent frameworks**. * SSR / hybrid rendering and performance optimization. * Scalable frontend architectures and business-oriented interface development. * Experience with design systems or component libraries (valued). **Data & Integration** * Advanced SQL. * Integration with ERPs or enterprise platforms. * Experience with message queues, asynchronous jobs, or event-driven systems. **Dev & Quality** * Git, testing, CI/CD. * Security and best practices. **Applied AI (valued)** * LLM-assisted automation. * Orchestration of intelligent workflows. * Use of tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar. **Especially valued** * Experience in enterprise environments. * Preference for Python proficiency (4/5) over PHP (2/5). * SAP or other ERP integrations. * Event-driven architecture. * Observability and monitoring. * DevOps mindset. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
