French-Speaking Service Coordinator

You will work on exciting projects with key clients in the retail sector. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising maintenance services for offices and commercial premises, supporting the Facility Management (FM) area. Below are the main responsibilities for this position, for which you will receive training from day one: **Main responsibilities** * Incident resolution and management. * Organization of maintenance services in buildings, offices, and commercial premises. * Contracting of technical service providers. * Tracking of work orders and preparation of reports. * Supervision of client-defined SLA and KPI compliance. * Monitoring and control of workflow-based processes. * Requesting and preparing budgets, proposals, and reports. **Minimum requirements** * Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English, both written and spoken (to be assessed during the interview). * Knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong verbal communication skills: excellent expression, courtesy, and friendliness. * Responsible attitude and ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Dynamic profile oriented toward providing agile and effective responses to clients. * Proactive and committed individual. * Availability to perform on-call duties (approximately three times per year). **We offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time employment. * 100% on-site work with the following schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 * Friday: 08:00–14:00 * Annual gross salary of €23\.000, paid in 14 installments. * 21 days of vacation per year.
