They will work in coordination with the social worker and social services, ensuring proper implementation of the individualized educational plan and smooth operation of the resource. Main Responsibilities: Conduct technical follow-up of cases linked to foster homes. Participate in socioeducational and family intervention with minors under guardianship. Prepare follow-up reports and technical documentation. Maintain communication with families, educational teams, and involved agencies. Coordinate with the Community of Madrid, local social services, and other actors within the child protection network. Participate in team meetings and case follow-ups. Identify individual, family, and resource-specific needs. Propose improvements to interventions and foster home operations. Contribute to ensuring appropriate care, protection, and well-being of minors. Represent the organization before collaborating agencies and entities. **Profile:** Requirements: University degree in Social Work or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience working with minors and/or families. Experience in child protection resources, residential foster care, or family intervention is desirable.
