Senior Bricklayer At Anor Grupo Empresarial, we are looking for an experienced Senior Bricklayer to join our team and participate in comprehensive renovation, rehabilitation, and new construction projects. We seek a responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of independently executing bricklaying tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and on-site safety. We especially value professionals who take pride in their craft, pay attention to finishing details, and understand that customer satisfaction begins with well-executed work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution of bricklaying tasks in renovation and construction projects. * Layout and preparation of work according to drawings and technical instructions. * Construction of partitions, walls, and masonry structures. * Plastering, skirting, and cladding work. * Installation of flooring and ceramic cladding. * Cutting and sealing of grooves. * Minor repair, rehabilitation, and space adaptation tasks. * Organization of assigned tasks and coordination with laborers and other trades present on site. * Compliance with quality procedures and occupational risk prevention protocols. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Senior Bricklayer in renovation, rehabilitation, or new construction projects. * Knowledge of construction processes in renovation and new build projects. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical instructions. * Regular use of hand tools and machinery specific to the trade. * Commitment, responsibility, and dedication to high-quality work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention training certificate for the construction sector. * Experience in residential, commercial premises, and building rehabilitation. * Complementary knowledge of other construction-related trades. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required by project needs.
