As part of our team, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering service to assigned customers, combining your technical skills with customer care. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\) Technical service and maintenance:** * Perform technical service and maintenance on dosing and monitoring equipment, following company protocols and quality standards. * Conduct physical\-chemical and microbiological analyses of water samples in the laboratory using standardized methods and good practices. * Analyze and interpret results, generating detailed technical reports with recommendations to optimize treatment processes. **2\) Customer support:** * Execute service plans by coordinating and carrying out scheduled maintenance visits and sampling. * Maintain effective and proactive communication with customers, resolving inquiries and providing technical advice. * Understand and comply with established commercial agreements, managing changes and keeping responsible parties informed. **3\) Optimization and continuous improvement:** * Propose and implement best practices and tools to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability of service processes. * Collaborate closely with Account Managers, providing key information to achieve profitability and productivity targets. * Identify and report growth opportunities, customer concerns, and requests, proposing solutions and preventive or corrective actions. **4\) Safety and compliance:** * Strictly adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and protocols in all service and laboratory activities. * Ensure proper maintenance of chemical dosing, measurement, and control equipment. * Participate in Legionella disinfection procedures and related equipment audits. **5\) Management and reporting:** * Work independently in the field, keeping supervisors informed about customer status. * Effectively use the Service \& Operation Portal (Intranet) for report and data management. * Participate in sales meetings and provide technical assistance in other regions when required. **Requirements** **Requirements** * University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience in water treatment or similar industry (desirable). * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of water treatment technologies application. * Basic engineering skills and ability to perform minor repairs. * Availability for travel within the Catalonia region. * Valid driver's license (B) **Additional Information** The collective experience and passion of our team, combined with a broad portfolio of over 10,000 technologies, uniquely positions us to deliver solutions that positively impact the environment.
