Working proactively and reporting to the Sales Manager, the FSE leads sales development and growth, executes strategic plans, projects, and services for key customers. **Job Description:** =========================== * Sales Development: Achieve assigned sales targets with customers across various machining sectors to drive sustainable business growth. * Customer Expansion: Identify and acquire new high-potential customers in the machining field. * Commercial Management: Provide specialized commercial support to key customers, advising them, enhancing loyalty, and continuously exploring their needs to introduce new products. * Reporting and Communication: Report important customer visits to the Sales Manager and provide relevant data on customers, competitors, market conditions, and notable activities. * Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions within established limits, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. * Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of current and new products, applying synergies where possible. * Customer Environment Analysis: Understand the economic situation, workload, and strategic departments of customers within the assigned portfolio. * Commercial Policy Management: Follow and implement company commercial policies, actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of action plans. * Objective Achievement: Set and achieve annual objectives, demonstrating proactivity and results orientation. * Commercial Documentation Preparation: Prepare quotations, profitability reports, and presentations for customers, ensuring professional and persuasive delivery. * Sales Analysis: Review and analyze monthly sales statistics to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities. * Administrative Management: Prepare and maintain monthly travel expense reports. * Professional Development: Attend trade fairs, participate in Walter events, undergo internal sales and technical training, and contribute to incentive program delivery. * Competitive Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, their strategies, and participate in strategic planning to sustain competitive advantage. **Requirements:** =============== * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Engineering, or FP II in Machine Tools. * Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the machining industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * In-depth technical knowledge of machining-related products. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously. * Willingness to travel as required. * Spoken and written English.
