Job Summary: Building site manager responsible for the technical and economic management of construction projects, execution control, and coordination of human and material resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and economic management of building projects 2. Execution control and on-site personnel management 3. Coordination of material and human resources Position for a building site manager. Main duties include technical and economic project management, always under the supervision of the site manager. Also performs execution control to ensure works proceed as planned, and manages on-site personnel with support from the human resources department. Responsible for coordinating material and human resources to meet established objectives and deadlines. This position is offered under an indefinite full-time contract, with an annual salary ranging between 35\.000 and 45\.000 euros.
