Electromechanical Technician

An industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking to hire a Junior Electromechanical Technician for its facilities in the Barberà del Vallès / Sabadell area. We are looking for a candidate with technical training in electromechanics or a related field, eager to learn and develop professionally within the technical service department. Responsibilities During the initial phase, the selected candidate will primarily work on-site at the company’s facilities to acquire knowledge of machines and equipment: In the workshop: support in installation, commissioning, assembly, and disassembly of machinery. Workshop and equipment technical organization and maintenance. Management of machine and material inbound and outbound logistics. Preparation of equipment for demonstrations, testing, and delivery. Accompanying experienced technicians during customer visits and interventions. Progressively performing technical interventions independently. The goal is that, after approximately one year of training and learning, the candidate advances to the role of Field Service Technician for the Catalonia region, carrying out installations, maintenance, and technical assistance at customer sites. Requirements Vocational training in Electromechanics, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience in maintenance, assembly, or repair of industrial machinery will be valued. Knowledge of electricity and mechanics. English proficiency sufficient to handle basic technical situations, or currently improving/studying English. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel, especially in the medium term. Proactive, responsible, organized, and eager to learn. Offer Permanent contract, directly with the manufacturing company. Technical training from day one.
