JOB DESCRIPTION A leading industrial company specializing in plastic injection molding seeks to hire an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of production equipment, resolving breakdowns, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant maintenance processes. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Adjustment and commissioning of machinery. * Use of electric tools and measuring instruments. * Support for technical improvements and process optimization. * Compliance with safety and maintenance procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Education in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or a related field. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Ability to diagnose failures and take effective corrective action. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Personal vehicle mandatory for commuting to the workplace. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Experience in industrial environments or production lines. * Knowledge of automation and PLCs. * Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer** ------------- * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join an established industrial-sector company. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Positive working environment. * Continuous training and learning. * Salary between €25,000 and €32,000 + night shift allowance (€2,000 – €3,000 annually) * Schedule: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
