




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support the production shift, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures in continuous production equipment. 2. Execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance. 3. Support to the production shift to ensure line continuity. **Description:** ---------------- **Grupo SAVIA**, a company specializing in industrial automation and engineering, is looking for an **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician** for a production plant located in **Valls**. The purpose of this position is to provide maintenance technical support to the production shift, as well as to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant and production equipment. Rotating work schedule: M/T. Your responsibilities include: * Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures in continuous production equipment (bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, drives, belts, motion systems, etc.). * Execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Adjustment, assembly, and replacement of mechanical components. * Verification of alignments, tensions, greasing, lubrication, and precision mechanical adjustments. * Support to the production shift when necessary to ensure line continuity. * Recording interventions in the CMMS and reporting recurrent failures. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related field. * Experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial environments, preferably in continuous production settings. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity (400V/220V / 24Vdc) for interaction with electromechanical equipment. * Proficiency in using mechanical tools (wrenches, pullers, calipers, comparators, etc.). * Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics: * + identification of valves, actuators, and connections + interpretation of schematics + assembly of pneumatic components
