If you are a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership capabilities, and possess at least 4 years of experience managing and executing electrical construction projects, this is your opportunity! **Your Role as Electrical Site Supervisor:** You will be a key player in executing our electrical construction projects, leading teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality, and guaranteeing safety at every stage of the project. Your experience and expertise will be fundamental to the success of the projects under your responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Leadership and Organization:** Assign tasks to the work team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * **Planning and Preparation:** Prepare necessary materials and tools for the project, ensuring their availability and optimal condition. * **Execution and Monitoring:** Follow instructions from the Site Manager and supervise compliance with established deadlines. * **Technical Interpretation:** Be able to interpret technical documentation provided by the client, such as electrical drawings and schematics. * **Material Management:** Ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and documentation for proper project execution. * **Communication and Client Interaction:** Maintain excellent relations with clients and all external parties involved in the project, fostering positive relationships. * **Time and Quality Control:** Monitor compliance with established deadlines and the quality of executed work. * **Team Management:** Ensure workers submit daily work reports, recording activities performed. **Periodic Responsibilities:** * **Material Management:** Monitor materials in transit, ensuring proper handling. * **Progress Reporting:** Report project progress to the Site Manager, providing detailed and up-to-date information. * **Document Management:** Submit purchase delivery notes and any personnel-related documentation to the HR department as coordinated. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervisory Responsibilities:** Promote a positive work environment and team integration, resolving daily issues raised by skilled workers. * **Occupational Risk Prevention Responsibilities:** Comply with and enforce mandatory safety measures, and ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where required. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or in a similar position. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of electrical installations, current regulations, and blueprint interpretation. * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and manage conflicts. * **Organization and Planning:** Excellent organizational, planning, and resource management skills. * **Communication:** Effective communication skills, both internally and with clients and suppliers. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify and resolve incidents efficiently and effectively. * **Commitment to Safety:** Strong awareness and commitment to occupational health and safety. * **Proactivity:** A proactive attitude oriented toward achieving objectives. * **Vocational Training (FP)** in Electrical and Automatic Installations or equivalent. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit. * Stable, long-term project. * Opportunity to join a growing company with challenging projects. * Continuous training and professional development. * Flexible compensation plan.
