**GM COLABORATIVOS**, with over 40 years of experience in the sector, is seeking to hire an **ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS SITE SUPERVISOR** to lead teams on construction sites in **MADRID**. We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical background (official qualification level), combined with leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities—serving as a reference on site and ensuring proper execution of work. **Your mission:** * Supervision and execution of low-voltage electrical installations. * Coordination and leadership of teams of skilled electricians on site (task assignment, progress tracking, and technical support). * Advanced interpretation of technical drawings: * Reading of symbols and notation. * Planning of routing layouts and execution phases. * Installation and supervision of electrical systems: * Cabling. * Electrical distribution boards. * Luminaires, switches, outlets, and other components. * Autonomous resolution of technical issues arising on site. * Quality control of completed work. * Coordination with site managers and other departments. * Compliance with and supervision of occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations on site. **What we require:** * Technical education: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electrical Installations. * Proven experience as a qualified electrician and prior experience coordinating teams. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification specific to electrical installations. * Solid knowledge of the Spanish Low-Voltage Electrical Regulation (REBT). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities. * Problem-solving orientation, initiative, and results-driven mindset. **What we value:** * Prior experience as a site supervisor or team leader on construction projects. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent work fronts. * Strong communication and people management skills. * Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines. **We offer:** * Salary commensurate with qualifications (indicative range above that of a qualified electrician). * Indefinite-term contract. * Professional development opportunities within the company. * Positive working environment and job stability.
