At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** We are seeking to hire a professional for the Ecommerce Omnichannel Operations role, who will contribute to optimizing stock utilization, service levels, and operational processes within the Food category. What will be your mission? Ensure an efficient omnichannel process that guarantees the best customer experience, maximizes product shelf life, and ensures achievement of service quality and customer experience objectives. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** * Provide an omnichannel perspective to initial assortment distribution from a logistics standpoint. * Identify key merchandise for commercial campaigns to ensure proper communication and adequate replenishment. * Analyze technical incidents impacting service levels and coordinate accurate communication to end customers and internal stakeholders. * Analyze stock turnover, effectiveness metrics, coverage ratios, and stock-out rates. * Trigger allocation and reallocation based on forecast. * Analyze opportunity costs associated with stock-outs. * Review forecasts to detect deviations impacting service levels and team sizing. * Define stock optimization actions. **Requirements** * 3–5 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics planning. * Strong analytical orientation and focus on efficiency. * Experience in supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, and logistics planning. * English level B2. * Knowledge of tools: SAP, Sterling, MicroStrategy (analysis and reporting), WMOS. * Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI, SQL. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Study grants for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
