Do you want to grow professionally in the aluminum carpentry sector? At Aluminios Framagar, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a new person for our Studies and Contracts Department. We are not seeking a candidate with twenty years of experience. Instead, we seek someone with a solid technical foundation, eagerness to learn, and ambition to become an outstanding professional. You will participate in the technical and economic analysis of our projects, collaborating on tasks such as: \- Preparing budgets. \- Taking measurements and creating detailed component drawings. \- Interpreting blueprints. \- Requesting and comparing supplier quotations. \- Supporting the search for technical solutions. \- Coordinating with production, procurement, and construction teams. You will work on residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, educational centers, landmark buildings, and industrial facilities located across Spain. What are we looking for? We value your attitude more than a perfect CV. We especially appreciate candidates who are: \- Organized and methodical. \- Capable of interpreting blueprints. \- Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel. \- Eager to learn and take on new challenges. \- Enthusiastic about growing within a stable team. Additional experience in aluminum carpentry, lightweight façades, or construction is highly desirable—but not mandatory. What you’ll find here You will join a department initially composed of three people: a department head and two technicians who collaborate closely on each project’s development. Here, you won’t be left alone in front of a screen on your first day. You’ll receive support, training, and increasing responsibilities as you progress. What do we offer? \- Indefinite-term contract. \- Annual gross salary between €20.000 and €25.000, depending on experience and qualifications. \- Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30 (including one hour for lunch). \- Friday working hours: 08:00–14:00. \- Intensive schedule in July and August: 07:00–15:00. \- Continuous training. \- Positive work environment. \- Job stability and genuine opportunities for growth.
