### **Description** At Q\-tech, we are looking for an IT Director - Transformation and Innovation for an established company in the services sector. This is a key position to evolve the technology function, professionalize its management, and transform IT into a strategic partner for business units. **Mission** Align people, processes, and technology with the company's priorities, lead the IT team, and consolidate a more autonomous, reliable, innovative, and service-oriented IT function. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the short-, medium-, and long-term technology strategy and roadmap. * Lead, develop, and organize the IT team, fostering autonomy, delegation, and accountability. * Implement working methods that improve planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery. * Drive transformation, automation, data, business application, and cybersecurity initiatives, managing budget and vendors. * Serve as the liaison between Executive Management, operational departments, the technical team, and partners, promoting solutions that deliver measurable business value. **Requirements** * Proven experience leading IT departments or teams, with responsibility for personnel, projects, vendors, and budget. * Experience defining technology plans and executing transformation or modernization initiatives. * Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem — Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 — and ability to evaluate solutions and partners. * Business acumen and ability to operate effectively in dynamic, demanding, and operational environments. * Natural leadership, assertive communication, influence capability, results orientation, and physical presence required in Barcelona. **Conditions** * High-impact role with participation in the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the General Management, and full autonomy to shape the IT function. * Stable, long-term project offering real challenges in transformation and innovation. * Offices located in central Barcelona; fully on-site work model. * Estimated annual gross remuneration between €70,000 and €80,000, depending on experience and fit. €70,000 \- €80,000 Barcelona 100% On-site **Contact person:** jgomez@q\-techrec.com \+34 636 939 309
