From initial concept and 3D modeling, through optimization for manufacturing and assembly, to prototype validation and production, we seek someone who delivers innovative and efficient solutions. Your experience and expertise will be essential to ensuring the quality and feasibility of our designs. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * **Comprehensive Mechanical Design:** Conceptualize, design, and develop components, subassemblies, and complete products, ensuring compliance with technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements. * **3D Modeling and Technical Documentation:** Create detailed and accurate 3D models using advanced CAD software, and generate required technical documentation, including manufacturing drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and specifications. * **Optimization for Manufacturing and Assembly:** Develop and refine designs with a focus on manufacturability (DFM — Design for Manufacturing) and ease of assembly (DFA — Design for Assembly), considering processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, stamping, etc. * **Prototyping and Validation:** Actively participate in the design and fabrication of prototypes using technologies such as 3D printing and CNC machining, and conduct necessary tests and validations to ensure proper functionality and durability of designs. * **Analysis and Simulation:** Collaborate on strength analysis, tolerance analysis, and other mechanical simulations to predict component behavior under various operating conditions. * **Production Support:** Provide technical support to the production team during assembly and manufacturing phases, resolving issues and proposing improvements. * **Research and Development:** Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes. **What We Are Looking for in You? (Essential Requirements):** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development, or a related field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in mechanical design, product development, and 3D CAD modeling. * **CAD Software Proficiency:** Advanced and demonstrable experience using Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D design, assemblies, and drawing generation. * **Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing Experience:** Practical knowledge and experience in design for 3D printing (FDM, SLA, etc.) and CNC machining. * **Technical Competencies:** Solid knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, tolerances, dimensioning, and applicable technical standards. * **Communication Skills:** Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical ideas, both orally and in writing. * **Proactivity and Problem-Solving:** Proactive attitude and ability to efficiently identify and resolve design-related problems. **What Else Would Be Valued?
