**Description:** ---------------- A leading service company in its sector is hiring a Sales Associate for a telecommunications store, where you will perform customer service and sales functions. If you are looking to join a stable project with a fixed salary and an attractive incentive system, this is your opportunity: What will you do? * Guide and advise customers in selecting telecommunications and fiber-optic products and services. * Present and demonstrate available solutions, addressing both commercial and technical inquiries. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract formalization. * Stay up to date on industry news, trends, and promotions. * Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Our offer: * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. * Working hours: 10:00–14:00 and 16:30–20:30\. * On-site position at a store located in Terrassa. * Collective agreement salary, fixed annual gross salary of €17,500 (€1,459 gross/month), plus performance-based variable pay. * Commissions starting from the first sale, financial incentives, and other rewards. * Permanent contract.
