You will be part of the team driving logistics and supply chain optimization at Mango, based at our main warehouse in Lliçà d'Amunt. YOUR NEW ROLE As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead projects from conception to operational implementation. You will work closely with logistics and operations teams, developing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making. You will use Python to develop simulators and optimizers to help us tackle complex challenges. Potential projects:* Design and optimization of logistics networks. * Optimization of picking routes. * Development of packaging assistants for B2C operations. * Simulation of logistics resources using SimPy and advanced techniques. * Demand forecasting for resource optimization. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating data from various warehouse areas to provide a comprehensive and accurate view of our operations. ABOUT YOU* At least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields. * Strong experience in data science applied to supply chain. * Experience in Python for simulation and optimization. * Ability to lead projects from start to finish, with excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. * Proactive and committed individual, interested in innovation and continuous improvement.
