We handle malfunctions in **antennas, door entry systems, electronic video door entry systems, and security cameras**. In short: we are **the community's handyman**. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Customer Support Administrator** responsible for the daily management of our client portfolio, primarily residential property owners' associations. You will be a key player in coordinating incidents and facilitating communication between clients and the technical team. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination and scheduling of technical malfunctions * Telephone support and direct communication with clients * Support for the technical team * Document management and use of CRM/ERP systems This is a **full-time position** with a **hybrid work model**: you will be based in **Rubí**. **Remote work every afternoon and three full days per week.** A model designed to support **work-life balance and autonomy**. **Requirements** * Experience in **telephone support and administrative management**. * Proficiency with **CRM and ERP tools**. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. **What We Offer** * **Pleasant environment:** Office located in a modern office building, with a friendly atmosphere and a **restaurant/café at street level**. **Easy and free parking** in front of the building. * **Remote work: 3 days per week** and **all afternoons from home.** Only two mornings per week on-site at the Rubí office. * **Great team atmosphere:** You will have the support of colleagues within your own team.
